Tim Walker about the Naturist Symbol

With the exception of my bare feet, why the photo with shirt and pants you ask? I primarily use MeWe to promote my love and enjoyment of the Naturist / Nudist way of life. Most photos of myself on MeWe are clothes-free. This is my Facebook Profile Photo. Today, I added the sun & water logo in the lower righthand corner. Although several national & international Naturist organizations have their individual self-identifying logos, there has never been a “universal” symbol to identify Naturists globally.
In October of 2020, the Naturist Symbol was voted for by naturists from all over the world. The purpose is to recognize naturists even when they wear clothes. Because of its neutral design (not “in your face” nudity), not only will it help us to identify each other while living within a textiled world, but it will additionally help in the effort to normalize nudism and promote acceptance as it gains global visibility among non-naturists. It is licensed under “creative commons”, so you are allowed to use it, but you can’t claim copyright ownership.
The symbol can be uploaded in a variety of formats and used at no cost. For more details of how to upload and use the Universal Naturist Symbol, visit https://www.naturistsymbol.org.

Thank you. I love it because it isn’t in your face. It is a conversation starter as several of my friends have seen the sticker and wanted to know were I got it. They had no idea it was the international nudist symbol. I liked it so much it has become my first and only tattoo.
